We all spend a lot of time thinking about ourselves, how we appear to others, about who we are in your life and in the world, about whether we are the person we want to be, or expected to be. But notice that this is who you are in this moment. You are precisely this experienced. This moment of hearing, this moment of seeing. See if you can drop all of your ideas about yourself and seeking to this moment of practice. There is always just this, whatever else seems to be happening.
